Group fitness classes are great for general fitness and staying active if you don't have any stubborn nagging injuries. At Spark Fitness we realize people often have very specific goals they want to reach but may have additional hurdles, like past injuries, stopping them from reaching their goals.


That's where personal training comes in, we work with you to build a program to eliminate stubborn exercise and injury-related issues through movement. If you'd like to learn more and see if personal training is a good fit for you follow the steps below and we'll be in touch.

How It Works

Step 1
All of our new personal training clients start with our trial personal training package which includes a 1-on-1 consultation and 2 personal training sessions.

Step 2

Fill out the short questionnaire at the bottom of this page. Then we will reach out to schedule your consultation.

Step 3

During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals, nutrition, do some basic measurements and fitness assessments which we use to create a plan to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently.

Step 4

When you show up for your trial personal training sessions your trainer will have a program developed specifically for you and your goals based on the information gathered in the initial consultation.
