Group fitness classes are great for general fitness and staying active if you don't have any stubborn nagging injuries. At Spark Fitness we realize people often have very specific goals they want to reach but may have additional hurdles, like past injuries, stopping them from reaching their goals.


That's where personal training comes in, we work with you to build a program to eliminate stubborn exercise and injury-related issues through movement. If you'd like to learn more and see if personal training is a good fit for you follow the steps below and we'll be in touch.

How It Works

Step 1
Fill out the short questionnaire at the bottom of this page.

Step 2

Within 48 hours we'll reach out to schedule your in-person consultation and movement assessment.

Step 3

During your consultation, if we think we’re a good fit for each other we invite you to schedule a trial personal training session.

Step 4

When you show up for your trial personal training session your trainer will have a program developed specifically for you and your goals based on the information gathered in the initial consultation.

Step 5

If you enjoy your trial session and you'd like to continue working with your trainer then you're ready to sign up as a client :) We look forward to helping you reach your goals!​
