Membership Hold Request
  • This is not a termination request.

  • You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason for a minimum of thirty (30) days or one month.

  • Membership hold requests must be submitted with no less than fifteen (15) business days of notice. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

  • You are only allowed to put your membership on hold 2 times maximum in a calendar year.

  • An Admin Fee of $20.00 will be processed for every hold request.
